| Welcome to Mysterease ... Hello! I'm an
acknowledged video archivist-collector who specializes in rare items by
legendary stars. Although I'm an author by trade, my star hobby
has led me into participation in various television specials and books
where I have been consulted for the utilization of my video library of
rare treasures by our finest performers.
I prefer to trade, if possible, but if you have nothing I need for my
collection, other arrangements can always be made. My goal is to share
these rare items with other fans/collectors like myself. These are not
intended for duplication or resale. They are offered for private use
only from one hobbyist to another, with no rights given or implied.
On James Dean,
I offer rare 1950's TV shows he starred in, as well as foreign and
unreleased documentaries, souvenir videos, and film he shot himself.
Newsclips, tributes, and specials are also available.
On Marilyn Monroe,
I offer all her early films, Korean footage, even 5-1/2 hours on
Something's Got to Give. Naturally, I have foreign unreleased
documentaries, newsclips, specials, tributes, documentaries and more.
On Judy Garland,
I offer every TV appearance Judy Garland ever made (except for Merv
Griffin). You'll like the unreleased footage, unseen foreign
documentaries, even a documentary of Australia 1964, and coverage of
Copenhagen 1969.
Not limited to work by these artists, I also offer rare, lost, or final work by Liza
Minnelli, Bela Lugosi, Ed Wood, John Waters, Divine, Errol Flynn, Jayne
Mansfield, Bette Davis, Marx Brothers, Three Stooges, John F. Kennedy,
Charlie Chan, Elizabeth Taylor, Connie Francis, Rod Serling, Tony
Newley, Bobby Darin, Laurel & Hardy, Mae West, Gloria Swanson, Glen
Campbell, Elvis' last concert, cult, camp, 3-D, gimmick, exploitation, Hollywood Uncensored, unaired pilots, and more.
FAQ: How do I get your complete list?
If you are interested in my list defining the specifics of these above, please e-mail me at
mysterease@Lconn.com. Please
email me whenever possible as regards my total list. That is the
quickest and easiest route to discuss the possibilities. I can send you
an email attachment of all titles. If for some reason you can not email
me, then feel free to write to me and enclose a self-addressed stamped
envelope with 2 stamps on it and specify your interest. Send inquiries
to: R. R. Rees at 20806 Park Canyon, Katy, Texas, 77450 USA. (Send
three International Reply Coupons if you are responding from a foreign
country. Foreign fans remember, I am on NTSC US format. If you have PAL
or SECAM, you will need to convert or own a compatible VCR.)
Specify your interests when responding. If you need my complete video
list sent to you as an e-mail attachment, please indicate this.
Remember, these are rare items that are considered to be
in the public domain. You can't see them in a theater, rent them in a
video store, view them on disk, or see them on satellite, cable or
regular TV. Videocassettes are recorded on the SP speed on TDK or Sony
(or similar) tape by a 4-head VCR. Quality varies from title to title
from fair to very good quality. I always use the best master I can
obtain. I have references within many long-established fan clubs, and
have served many as a video source for a long time. I also have
memorabilia available on Dean, Monroe, Garland, Liza, and Hitchcock.
Hope to hear from you soon, and thanks for visiting my page.
